Tucker Bush is a range of Australian native plants with edible fruits, nuts, shoots, leaves and roots. These incredible bushfood species have sustained Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples for thousands of years. Native edibles are naturally adapted to the climate and soil of this land, meaning they need less water and less effort to maintain when grown in similar conditions.

Mark Tucek founded the Tucker Bush project, first, to popularise and make available native edibles in our modern lifestyle and cuisine — both through home growing and gourmet cooking. Second, to help young Australians grow up with a stronger connection to nature and their food supply. And third, to influence a cultural shift that contributes to preserving Australia's food security and biodiversity through growing species that thrive in our soils and climate.

Gourmet mushrooms are farmed in many different methods globally, The Mushroom Guys tries to replicate growing mediums as closely to their natural environment.

Gourmet mushrooms are found naturally growing on hardwoods globally. The Mushroom Guys use sustainably sourced WA hardwood sawdust which is carefully selected, tested and blended into every one of our mushroom blocks. This hardwood sawdust is a waste stream of the West Australian timber industry and by using locally sourced waste materials as growing medium for our mushrooms they divert close to 30 tones of sawdust waste annually.

Raeburn Orchards endeavours to keep up with the latest varieties of table fruit available, keeping up with produce trends and public demands. Raeburn Orchards takes pride in growing the freshest and best-tasting fruit, picking crop when it is at its peak for size, colour, taste and sweetness.

Raeburn Orchards is a wholly owned and operated family business first established in 1948 at the original site on Raeburn Rd. As the business and family grew they began to expand purchasing another site on Chevin Rd in 1961. During the early 1980's the business was handed over to their two sons Peter & Paul Casotti and their families.

Located in Mariginiup, in the outer northern suburbs of Perth, Blazing Saddles grow a variety of chillies year round using hothouse technology.

Their range, available in loose packing and punnets, includes the chunky jalapeño, the colourful Rio teardrop and the mild Mexican poblano, as well as the more common long red and green chillies.

Charlotte Creek produces a wide range of top quality edible flowers and native foliages.

Situated in Gidgegannup, in climate controlled greenhouses, Charlotte Creek prides itself in offering year round sustainable production in the majority of it's lines.
